- Do you have a project that requires crossing the canal? If so you need to contact the general manager and get a canal crossing agreement to proceed.
- Can I add or remove a board that’s in a check in the canal if I have to much water or not enough water?? NO! You can not add/remove boards in checks at anytime!
- Can I take the canal roads as a short cut to my family/friends house because its faster? No the canal roads are owned by farmers and/or Bear River Canal Company they are not for public access.
- If a shareholder gets remarried or divorced and wants to add or remove a name on there account how do they go about doing that? Well there is 2 different options you can pick up a transfer form at the office or option 2 is go to brcanal.com fill out and print off the transfer form and bring it back signed and notarized!

- Can I put a fence on the canal by my property? No you can not install fences on or near canal easements, if you have questions regarding fences please contact BRCC Office

- Can I ride my atv and dirtbike in the canal when its empty? NO!! motorized vehicles are not allowed in the canal at anytime!
